Anna Huix is a Barcelona based photographer doing fine art and editorial work. She studied at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Her work has been exhibited at The Educational Center of The State Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg (Russia), Taschen, Daniel Cooney Fine Art, Calumet Gallery and Perfect Wave Gallery in New York City and Espace Commines in Paris. She was also invited to participate in the Auction of Emerging Artists organized and curated by Daniel Cooney and iGavel in April 2010. Her work has been featured in Colors Magazine and Unpublished Magazine in Italy, DXI Magazine and Culturas, a suplement about art and culture published by newspaper La Vanguardia in Spain. Anna Huix has published her work at Time, The Wall Street Journal and Surface Magazine in the US.

 

Anna is also the co-founder and curatorial director of The Invisible Project, a Barcelona based platform for new photography, that she created with journalist Lluís de Nadal in January 2011.
